Server Maintenance Contracts
Listed below are the details
of two options available for schools with regard to your server maintenance. Please
note that ITASS is impartial and we can only advise you of the details of
the available contracts.
The decision of which provider
to use is entirely at the schools discretion.
Schools should
be strongly reminded of their responsibility for maintaining an up-to-date backup
for the maintenance companies to use should a hard drive need to be replaced.
Please note: These charges cover RM Servers only.
