Account Request Forms Add new network account This form is to be completed by the Head Teacher, signed and returned to ITASS, when a new user account is required for the adminstration network Add or Amend Sims Users accounts This form is to be completed by the Head Teacher, signed and returned to ITASS when amendments or additional access permissions are required to Sims users accounts Delete an account This form is to be completed by the Head teacher, signed and returned to ITASS when a user account requires deletion
